Yiwu Shanhai Import and Export Co., Ltd. is the international sales and customer-facing company. Yiyang County Sansi Pencil Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is the dedicated production factory for manufacturing and quality control.
The same Shanhai contact coordinates your specification, quotation, sample approval and shipment. The legal entity for each transaction is stated on the quotation and order documents.
The company relationship follows management's September 2026 clarification. Exhibition photographs document attendance and discussions; they do not imply an order or customer endorsement.

Shanhai is one family-owned pencil factory business operated through two registered entities. Yiwu Shanhai Import and Export Co., Ltd. is the exclusive international sales and customer-facing company, while Yiyang County Sansi Pencil Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is the production-only factory responsible for manufacturing and quality control.
What are Shanhai's sample and mass-production lead times?
The typical sample planning range is 10–15 days and the typical mass-production planning range is 25–45 days after the required product, artwork, packaging, quantity, destination, approval, and commercial release inputs are complete. The formal quotation confirms the exact schedule.
Which certification and testing routes can buyers request?
Shanhai confirms FSC certification and can provide the current holder, scope, validity, and order applicability for buyer verification. EN 71-3 and REACH are handled as product-, user-, destination-, and order-specific testing or compliance requirements rather than standalone company certifications.
What information is required for an RFQ?
Start with the product style, model, or reference; order quantity; and target country or destination market. Artwork, packaging, testing, inspection, target price, Incoterm, and delivery requirements can then be confirmed for the formal quotation.
What production capacity is available for my order?
Available capacity depends on the product, quantity, packing and required delivery window. Send these details so the team can confirm a production slot. No annual unit-capacity figure is published here.
Can I review export experience and relevant documents?
Ask for references and sample export documents relevant to your destination and product. Customer-identifying or commercially sensitive records are shared only when permission and scope are confirmed.

Finished pencils: 100 cartons per style, with 2,880 pencils per carton (288,000 pencils per style). For mixed orders totaling more than 300 cartons, the minimum is 50 cartons per style (144,000 pencils). An order totaling exactly 300 cartons does not qualify for this exception. No account or online payment is required.
